Cooperation among teachers

I am convinced that one important element of being a successful teacher is to be surrounded by other teachers who are willing to share their ideas. This sharing allows us to build on each other's ideas, creating an end result that neither of us individually would have come up with and for which neither can take individual credit. This is a video of the classroom where Andriana Dionysiou and I taught for two weeks, full with students' creative work.
