Making writing cooler!

Students are rarely excited when assigned writing tasks, as they are more demanding than other exercises. What I do is give them colored A4 paper and allow them to type their response, if they choose to. They also have to add a picture, be it a drawing or one from online. This makes it much more fun for them and they take extra pride in their writing work!
