What better way to introduce persuasive writing than a debate? Adult learners were divided into 2 breakout rooms and came up with arguments to support which holiday is their favorite and why. After some time, they came to the main room where they debated on the issue. Then, they were asked to express their ideas in writing, using a paragraph template.
